Alongside client work, I also support therapists wanting practical, reflective and relational growth in their work.
My areas of interest include ADHD, attachment, trauma, family systems, emotional regulation and relational practice, alongside the realities of working therapeutically with children, teens, adults and families.
Support is designed to feel practical, thoughtful and genuinely useful in the therapy room, whatever stage of practice you're at.

A Room Full of Therapists: What Are You Wrestling With?
Therapist Coffee & Connection is a relaxed, informal meet-up for therapists to step out of the therapy room, meet other local therapists and have honest conversations about the work we do.
For this meet-up, come along with something you’re currently wrestling with, wondering about or thinking through in your work. No presentation or prepared topic. Just coffee, conversation and a room full of therapists who get it.
Includes coffee and refreshments.
My background spans psychotherapy, nursing, education and supporting children, young people, adults and families in real-world settings.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the gap between theory and what actually helps in practice.
I know how easy it is to leave training with ideas that feel difficult to translate into real therapeutic relationships, especially when working with complexity, neurodiversity, emotions, attachment and family systems.
My aim is to create therapist support that feels practical, relational, reflective and genuinely useful in the therapy room.
