Choosing the right support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already managing a difficult situation. You don't need to know exactly which service is right for you before getting in touch. If you're unsure where to begin, I'd be happy to discuss your situation and help you decide on the most appropriate starting point.
50-minute session
Individual counselling and psychotherapy provides a dedicated space to explore emotions, experiences, relationships and personal challenges at your own pace.
Family Support focuses on understanding relationship patterns, strengthening communication and helping families work together through challenges, creating meaningful and lasting change.
90-minute assessment
All child and teenager referrals begin with an Initial Family Assessment.
This provides an opportunity to understand the wider picture and recommend the most appropriate support, which may include individual counselling, parent sessions, family support & therapy, or a combination of approaches.
60-minute session
For two or more family members attending together.
These sessions focus on strengthening relationships, improving communication and understanding the patterns that may be contributing to ongoing difficulties within the family.
90-minute session
Recommended where additional time or a larger family group would be beneficial.
For parents and carers who would like support without their child attending.
60-minute session
Parent Sessions provide a dedicated space for one or both parents or carers to explore concerns, reflect on the challenges you're experiencing, and gain a deeper understanding of your child's emotional wellbeing, behaviour and relationships. Drawing on attachment, developmental trauma and family systems, we'll work together to understand what may be sitting beneath the difficulties and explore practical, compassionate ways to support positive change at home.
90-minute session
Parent Support offers a dedicated space to better understand your child's emotional wellbeing, behaviour and relationships, while building confidence and exploring practical ways to support them.
