1. About The Healing Space
The Healing Space provides counselling, parent support, training, and digital resources for adults, children, young people, and professionals.
By accessing this website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms.

2. Therapy Services

• Confidentiality
  All therapy sessions are confidential, in line with professional and ethical guidelines.
  There are limits to confidentiality where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law. These will be explained during your initial session.
• Child & Adolescent Therapy
  For clients under 18, parents/carers may be involved in the initial stages. However, ongoing session content remains confidential to support the young person’s therapeutic process.
  Updates to parents are limited to practical matters unless there are safeguarding concerns.
• Parent Support Sessions
  Parent support sessions are a standalone service and are not part of a child’s individual therapy.
  Information shared within parent sessions is kept separate from the child’s therapy work.

3. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked and agreed in advance.
Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking or in your service agreement.
Sessions must be paid for in line with the agreed terms.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

5. Digital Products & Courses
All courses, workbooks, downloads, and digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This is due to the immediate access provided to digital content at the point of purchase.
Please ensure you have read the full product description, including the intended audience and content focus, before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, you are welcome to contact us prior to purchase.

6. Use of Resources
All materials provided through The Healing Space (including courses, downloads, and worksheets) are for personal or professional use only.
They must not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without permission.

7. Professional Disclaimer
All content, courses, and resources are for educational and supportive purposes only.
They are not a substitute for individual therapy, medical advice, or crisis support.
If you are in immediate distress or risk, please contact your GP or emergency services.

8. Website Use
All content on this website is provided in good faith. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, The Healing Space does not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.
