You’ll learn how to respond in a way that regulates rather than escalates, using tools from P.A.C.E, co-regulation, emotion coaching, Positive Psychology, and CBT-informed strategies.
This programme supports you to make meaningful, sustainable changes at home.

• Six 60-minute sessions (usually weekly)
• In-person or online
• Therapeutic parenting tools drawing on P.A.C.E, attachment theory, and emotion coaching
• Practical regulation ideas based on Polyvagal theory and the Window of Tolerance
